These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of month.thence.us (the “Webzine”). This Webzine is owned and operated by THENCE LLC. This Webzine is an e-learning publication for demonstration purposes.
By using this Webzine, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published and made available on our Webzine is the property of THENCE LLC and the Webzine’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Webzine.

THENCE LLC is the owner of the copyright for this website and all original materials/works that are included. THENCE has the exclusive right to reproduce their original works, prepare derivative works, distribute copies of the works, and in the case of videos/sound recordings perform or display the work publicly.

THENCE has obtained permission to post the copyright protected works of other professionals in the community and has recognized the contributions from each contribution, author and group collaboration.

The minimum age to use our Webzine is 18 years old. By using this Webzine, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
As a user of our Webzine, you agree to use our Webzine legally, not to use our Webzine for illegal purposes, and not to:
- Harass or mistreat other users of our Webzine;
- Violate the rights of other users of our Webzine;
- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Webzine owners or any third party to the Webzine;

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Webzine you indemnify and hold harmless THENCE LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Webzine or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, and specifically for the State of New Jersey, and Michigan.

9.1 Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
9.2 Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. 10. PROFESSIONAL USE DISCLAIMER
The resources and publications available on and through THENCE.us do not replace school, teaching, treatment or therapy, and are intended to be used by qualified professionals and participants, such as librarians, homeschoolers, and parents only, for example school educators, school administrators, school nurses, or school councillors, and care providers working in the school setting.
Professionals who use the tools and publications available on this website should not practice outside of their own areas of competency. These tools are intended to supplement programming for learning enrichment, educator development, classroom preparation, and knowledge of well-being, basic wellness and mental health but they are not a replacement for professional, official, appropriate, diagnosis, therapy, treatment or advice from providers with full qualifications.

13. DEVELOPING ELECTRONIC OR PHYSICAL (PRINTED) MATERIALS WITH THENCE LLC
To develop material for the THENCE Publications, Marketplace, e-learning, CRM, and LMS platforms start by consulting the community site Thencepartners.com and note that all publications, e-publications, marketing and learning materials developed for THENCE should be hosted on the THENCE Platform, Content Management System, e-learning, webzines, or related THENCE sites.
All materials must adhere to THENCE’s specific branding and content standards. THENCE requires that all platforms, e-learning, marketing products and LMS sites and pages be designed using all reasonable efforts to comply with current Web accessibility standards in order to allow Web content and assistive technologies to convey appropriate information to persons with disabilities.
