1.9.1 Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

3. HOW LONG DO WE STORE DATA?

SendPulse maintains servers in both the United States and Germany (EU), and is GDPR compliant with Data Processing Agreements available for all customers.

Unlike traditional analytics services, Independent Analytics runs entirely on our servers. Your data never leaves our infrastructure and is never shared with external analytics providers like Google Analytics.
